On the manufacturing side, critical dimension control on 12-inch lines is far more precise, electrical parameter consistency has improved across the board, full automation has cut manual operations by more than 90%, wafer defect density has dropped significantly, and effective yields for mature products have risen substantially - providing consistency assurance for large-scale industrial applications.
On development efficiency: Nexperia's product development used to take 24 to 36 months; now it takes 6 to 12 months. The localization ratio of some core devices has risen from under 20% to nearly 100%.
