Tesla has disclosed its fourth-quarter 2022 production and delivery figures. In October, November, and December, the electric vehicle maker in the United States produced about 440,000 automobiles. Approximately 405,000 electric cars were delivered. In 2022, well over a million electric vehicles were made and delivered by the brand.
In the fourth quarter of 2017, Tesla produced 20,613 Tesla Model S and Tesla Model X vehicles and delivered 17,147 luxury class series vehicles. 419,088 Tesla Model 3 midsize cars and Tesla Model Y midsize SUVs were manufactured, and 388,131 were delivered.
Overall, Tesla built 439,701 electric vehicles and delivered 405,278 during the fourth quarter. During the preceding quarter, 365,923 automobiles were manufactured, and 343,813 were delivered.
Throughout the entirety of 2022, Tesla will produce 71,177 Tesla Model S and Tesla Model X vehicles, of which 66,705 will be delivered. With the Tesla Model 3 and Tesla Model Y, the business has manufactured and delivered 1,247,146 electric cars. This results in a total production of 1,366,112 electric cars and deliveries of 1,313,852 in 2022.
At the end of January, Tesla will release additional information regarding its business results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2022, including sales and profit/loss data, as well as an outlook for the coming year.
