Hyundai Motor Company unveiled the design of the all-new Hyundai KONA electric car, which will debut in 2023. The vehicle boasts a futuristic electric car style and significantly more space than previous models.
With the introduction of the brand-new KONA electric car, Hyundai is introducing a stylish and technologically advanced compact SUV that complements the company's range of electric vehicles that provide sustainable mobility and cutting-edge technology. Like the Hyundai IONIQ family of cars, the new Hyundai KONA electric car delivers innovative and intelligent solutions.
The all-new Hyundai KONA electric car is larger than the 2021 Hyundai Kona but retains its electric SUV characteristics. This is combined with a driver-focused cabin to offer the vehicle a more dynamic appearance. The car grows by up to 150 mm, and the new model measures 4,355 mm in length. The width increases by 25 mm, while the wheelbase extends by 60 mm. This implies that the brand-new KONA electric SUV is significantly more spacious than its predecessor.
The Hyundai KONA electric car has a sleek and distinct nose section, which defines the front volume and contributes to the vehicle's aerodynamics. The longitudinal light line, which Hyundai refers to as the Pixelated Seamless Horizon Lamp, significantly enhances the volume. This novel design element contributes to the electric vehicle's personality. The new lamp design was inspired by the popular Hyundai IONIQ vehicles.
Despite its futuristic design, the Hyundai KONA electric car is unmistakably a compact SUV. Strong wheel arches with integrated front and back lighting give the vehicle a rugged appearance.
The electric vehicle also features parametric surfaces, just like the IONIQ series. Sharp diagonal lines break up the side design and connect the window moldings to the spoiler using dark chrome components. This provides an attractive outline for the entire vehicle. At the rear of the vehicle is a Seamless Horizon Lamp that spans the whole car width.
The brand-new 2023 Hyundai KONA electric car will also be offered with 19-inch light-alloy wheels with a pixel design and pixel accents in the grille and the back. The automobile will also be offered in dark, contrasting hues.
The cabin of the brand-new KONA electric SUV is far larger than before, making it an accommodating vehicle for various lifestyles. The automobile incorporates practical solutions and an enhanced user interface with an intelligent architecture explicitly built for the electric car, the Hyundai KONA Electric sports a dynamic exterior with a flowing dashboard design and a roomy interior.
As part of its high-tech design, the automobile has two 12.3-inch screens and a floating console. In addition to contributing to a nice atmosphere on board, mood lighting has a positive effect. With the gear selector mounted on the steering column, the center console becomes less cluttered and more spacious.
Modern seat design has expanded capacity in the rear seats, and the trunk's utilization has been maximized to provide as much space as feasible.
