The Skoda Enyaq Coupe iV is already among us

After months of advances and spy photos, the Skoda Enyaq Coupe iV is already among us. This model, brother of the Audi Q4 Sportback e-tron and Volkswagen ID.5, complete the range of the successful Enyaq iV, which has managed to gain a foothold in the European D-segment (medium SUV) in a matter of months. In addition, the electric Coupe does not arrive alone, as the outstanding sports version RS accompanies it.

Its dimensions do not vary too much compared to the standard Skoda Enyaq iV, as it measures 4,653 mm long, 1,879 mm wide, 1,622 mm high, and has a wheelbase of 2,765 mm. Therefore, the new Skoda Enyaq Coupe iV keeps the width and wheelbase of the original Enyaq iV unchanged.

The most notable change to the Skoda Enyaq Coupe iV is its new silhouette, with a more vertical roof drop and a steeper rear window. This design allows you to enjoy a better aerodynamic coefficient (0.234), which gives you greater autonomy (up to 545 km WLTP) than the standard Skoda Enyaq iV electric SUV.

From the B-pillar forward, there is no notable change. The headlights are full-LED as standard and Matrix LED as an option. In addition, you can choose a "Crystal Face" grille illuminated by 131 LEDs. The wheels are between 19 and 21 inches, while the color palette has been enriched with the new Orange Phoenix and Gray Graphite Metallic, which replaces Quartz Gray Metallic.

Inside, the 5.3-inch digital instrumentation, the 13-inch touch screen for the infotainment system, and the upholstery made of recycled materials (the seat covers are from virgin wool and recycled PET bottles) stand out. As it could not be otherwise, there is no lack of advanced driving assistance systems such as adaptive cruise control, lane assistant, or front assistant with predictive protection for pedestrians and cyclists.

At the moment, all the technical details of the electric car have not been officially released. For example, only the autonomy of the Skoda Enyaq Coupe iV 80 electric car is known, which, as we have indicated before, reaches 545 km WLTP. The Skoda Enyaq Coupe RS iV offers a 0 to 100 km / h of just 6.5 seconds. As for the load, the 77 kWh versions can go from 10 to 80% in just 29 minutes (125 kW).

The Skoda Enyaq Coupe RS iV model has a sports chassis with a ground clearance lowered by 1.5 centimeters and a specific aesthetic pack. Also, you get 20-inch wheels, Matrix LED headlights, Exclusive Mamba Green color, carbon fiber effect interior decorations, seats with integrated headrests, and aluminum pedals as standard.
